Our phone lines are answered 24/7. Calls after-hours, Shabbos, and Jewish holidays are directed to an experienced mortuary answering service, who will coordinate removal from the place of death. When the office reopens, a counselor from Chevra Kadisha will contact the family to plan the funeral arrangements.
The traditional package includes the burial permit and one certified death certificate. We handle all required government filings electronically as required by California law.
